Biography

Gillie Gabay is a systems science expert. Ms. Gabay is a systemic organizational consultant who leads changes that aim at creating an optimal fit between business strategies and organizational strategies. She studies health psychology, at the individual, group and system level researching behavioral processes in health, illness and healthcare. Ms. Gabay promotes a systemic integrated approach where multiple views are accounted for: The view of the health system, the view of the patient and the view of the clinician. She is a senior lecturer at the Organizational Consulting Graduate Program at the College of Management in Israel
